Our own blend of 100% Bird Friendly® arabica coffees. These strictly hard bean coffees are grown at high altitudes above 4500 feet and contains several arabica varietals including Bourbon, Mondonovo, Caturra and Typica. The beans develop under the multi-tiered shade of more than 50 species of trees that provide food and shelter for a huge variety of migratory birds and other wildlife.

This is a strong coffee with a full spectrum of flavours one might liken to a "wall of sound" in music. It is tart, has malty, nutty and spicy notes, and a lovely nutty sweet aftertaste... Oh my... was that a hint of milk chocolate? A great Bird Friendly® choice for strong coffee fans.
